Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy:

1. Eligible returns: Products purchased directly from JCHardware in their original condition, unused, with all packaging and accessories.

2. Timeframe: Customers have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return.

3. Return process: Contact customer support with order details and reason for return. Receive return authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
